About Us

Our Story

The Jam Lab was founded in 2020 by Shaquille Hinds. After working as a chef in Michelin starred restaurants across Europe, Shaquille dipped his culinary knowledge and experience into creating unique jam flavour combinations that you will be hard pressed to find in any supermarket. 

The taste of our jams will be with the fruit first, followed by a balanced complimentary flavour. All of our jams are dairy free and suitable for vegetarian and vegans. 

We take UK sourced seasonal fruits and intermix with unorthodox pairings which enhance the flavour of the fruits. Theses jams can be eaten as a spread on toast, sandwiches, croissants or crackers and cheese. They will elevate your porridge or rice pudding and give a unique twist for desserts in cake, pancake and doughnut fillings.
